Vigo County Public Library offers wireless hotspots for customers to check-out so that they may access email, the internet, and streaming services from the comfort of their own homes. However, we cannot guarantee the coverage of or the connection speed in your area. To see if your area is covered, please check the T-Mobile Personal Coverage Check.
Who can check out a hotspot
Any adult with a valid Library card may check out a hotspot.
How long can I keep a hotspot?
You may check out a hotspot for two weeks.
Can I renew a hotspot that I currently have checked out?
No, hotspots are not available for renewal.

How do I turn on the hotspot?
Press and hold the power button for three seconds. When the icons on top light up, let go of the button.
How do I connect my device to the hotspot?
Go to the Wi-Fi settings of your device and look for the name of the hotspot. When prompted, enter the password for the hotspot. Both the name of the hotspot and the password are located on the label of the hotspot.
Does the hotspot run on battery?
Yes, the hotspot will run on battery as long as it has been recently charged.
How do I turn off the hotspot?
Press and hold the power button for three seconds.
