Circulation record books include monthly circulation statistics divided into adult and juvenile categories. Subcategories tally the type of books circulated: fiction or non-fiction (which is further broken down into subject areas such as history or science). By 1954, subject areas were dropped from the record form and broader circulation statistics were kept (fiction, non-fiction, periodicals, pamphlets). In 1960, other dimensions of library operations (e.g., number of borrowers, number of volumes in library, fines) were included on the circulation statistical report form in addition to the types of adult and juvenile material circulated.

The borrower's registers include the name, address and phone numbers of borrowers at the main library, school branches, and bookmobile. The registers are arranged in chronological (rather than alphabetical) order. 

Due to privacy issues, the borrowers register are only accessible to library staff.
