Content and Scope of Collection
This collection contains Minutes (1914-1950), Financial Reports (1914-1949), Attendance Records (1916-1950 and 1981), Correspondence (1917-1950), Cash Journals (1920-1928), and the weekly bulletin, The Transmitter (1944-1952). Also included are newspaper clippings (1914-1920), an article on the club's history ("An Historical View, 1913-1974"), and photographs of the club's past officers.
The District Governor's Monthly Letters are also in the collection. These contain Rotary International Reports presenting attendance records of the district clubs throughout the United States.
File cards with information about members entry/departure dates from the Rotary Club have been transferred to acid-free document cases. The new collection is called Rotary Club Membership Updates (Accession Number 20070726).
