Working with The Indiana Commission on Aging and the West Central Region of the Commission, the Vigo Co. Council on Aging and Aged was a prime mover in projects involving The Vigo County Home, Wabash Senior Citizens Center, Meals On Wheels and Foster Grandparents. The collection contains minutes of meetings, letters and reports.
