Come learn about bats!  Professor Joy O'Keefe will present how these mammals fly, live, hear, eat, and avoid dangers in our everyday world.  Come see pictures, a bat house, and more!  An exciting question and answer session will follow.   Echolocate this program, spread your wing, and fly in for a fun and informative hour that will leave you "batty" for bats!

Let Professor Steve dazzle your kids & adults with basketball-related experiments & demonstrations as we look at the game from a scientific viewpoint.  Principles of air-pressure, combustion, energy & biology will be explored, combined with sports principles such as teamwork, following directions & listening to the coach.

Baby signs helps babies ages 6-18 months to communicate their wants, needs and special requests before they can speak using sign language. This series of six, theme-based classes includes learning signs based on themes such as mealtime, bedtime, bath time, getting dressed, park and pet signs. Each week families learn useful signs through fun songs, books and activities. This series of programs is open to the first 6 parent and child groups that preregister.
