Families of kids in grades K-5 will have the opportunity to decorate a special pillowcase that they can use to build a personal emergency supplies kit as they participate in the "Pillowcase Project." An American Red Cross program sponsored by Disney, it originated in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, when children carried their belongings in pillowcases to shelters. Erin Luken from the local Red Cross will be here to teach families about personal and family preparedness, local hazards, and basic coping skills. No registration required.
