Using Internet Explorer With Gale Products

Due to some known compatibility issues when viewing Gale products with Internet Explorer, it is recommended patrons use Mozilla FireFox (free download). 

At times, Internet Explorer will sometimes load a blank page when viewing a Gale product.  If installing Mozilla FireFox is not an option, these steps may help Internet Explorer work properly.
  • If a page comes up blank, try refreshing it by clicking the Refresh button in your toolbar or pressing the F5 key.  This maybe cause the page to load properly.
