Due to some known compatibility issues when viewing Gale products with Internet Explorer, it is recommended patrons use Mozilla FireFox (
free download).
At times, Internet Explorer will sometimes load a blank page when viewing a Gale product. If installing Mozilla FireFox is not an option, these steps may help Internet Explorer work properly.
- If a page comes up blank, try refreshing it by clicking the Refresh button in your toolbar or pressing the F5 key. This maybe cause the page to load properly.
