Join us on the Walnut Street lawn for tons of excitement:Sidewalk chalk,bounce houses,a velcro wall,teen tricycles and more. We'll have pizza,snacks and drinks, and outdoor fun for infants-teens. Mom and dad may want to bring a lawn chair or blanket and listen to the MacDaddys perform a family friendly concert. Celebrate the Dog (and Cat) Days of Summer with the Vigo County Public Library and Barnes and Noble on the lawn at the Library. The First Friday event will be held on August 1 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on the Walnut Street side at the Vigo County Public Library. Bring your artistic talent and make pet toys and decorate pet dishes for the local Humane Society. Enjoy music, face paintings, and refreshments.
