Many are familiar with Charles Dickens' inspiring tale about stingy, mean-spirited Ebenezer Scrooge from movies, television and cartoons, but most have never read A Christmas Carol.  The book brings the tale of Scrooge's ghostly visits and moral lessons to life in a way that other mediums do not convey.  Join the Afternoon Book Club in reading this classic tale to find the true meaning behind it.   Afternoon Book Club is a librarian-led book club held on the second Wednesday of the month.
