Outreach Services provides library materials to those agencies & individuals unable to visit the Library and its Branches.

Who Is Eligible? Residents of Vigo County Who Are:

• Homebound Due to Disability or Illness
• Day Cares & Preschools
• Agencies or Institutions Serving Vigo County Residents

Delivery is a free service provided by the Vigo County Public Library.

• Churches
• Group Homes
• Mental Health Centers
• Homebound Adults
• Senior Citizen Clubs

Indiana Reading & Information Services

Persons who cannot read normal print due to blindness, low vision, physical impairments, learning disorders or illiteracy keep in touch with local news and information as presented by IRIS volunteer readers.
