Who does the Helpline serve?
The Helpline serves caregivers, family members, and friends of persons with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. It also serves health care professionals, paraprofessionals, and students.
When can I call the Helpline, and with whom will I speak?
The Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Helpline is staffed by previous caregivers, registered nurses, social workers, and trained specialists. Language translation is available for 140 languages.
