Ages 5-11: Relax, breathe deeply, and be mindful as you and your child exercise healthy ways to channel stress and frustrations. This program is available to all. Register to receive a kit with activities for practicing mindfulness at home. Kits will be available for curbside pick-up or home delivery one week prior to each program while supplies last.
