We'll cover how to develop your own campaigns, build challenging encounters, and go through the character creation process with the Genesys RPG system. You will have time to get started on your own campaign after learning the basics. Refreshments will be served.

Ages 8 & Up: It's almost Christmas and Santa Claus has been kidnapped by the Oogie Boogie Man! Jack, Sally, and everyone in Halloween Town are counting on you to help Santa escape. You'd better hurry though: if the Oogie Boogie Man finds you, he isn't going to be happy. Maximum of 5 people per group. Each group will have 30 minutes to escape. Free-play will also be available for younger children. In January we will learn all about New Year's traditions around the world. Discover what fortunes an apple core has for you, what your sign in the Chinese Zodiac means, and find out why Polka Dots are considered lucky to wear in the Philippines.

Ages 12-19: Jump into a fantasy adventure of heroic proportions! Players will act as a character in a fantasy world as a new story unfolds each week, with the actions of their character shaping the story - and the world - as it unfolds. Learn how to play the Genesys tabletop role-playing game (RPG) - a game similar to the popular Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) RPG, but with a focus on creative solutions and group-driven narrative storytelling. The only thing you need to play is an imagination and the desire to experience cool stories - all experience levels are welcome! (And yes, there will be snacks.)Registration required.
